How is your Weekly Meal Prep priced?
Pricing is per person. The service provides 5 meals per person each week and the subscription is billed monthly.

How does the menu work? Can I customize my meals?
This is a co-op model — every client receives the same rotating menu each week. Customizations are not allowed. If you need changes for allergies or preferences, this service is not the best fit.

I have food allergies or strong preferences. What should I do?
If you have allergies or strict dietary requirements, please contact me about a fully customized plan. Custom plans start at $300/week + the cost of groceries (separate offering), since they require bespoke menu development each week.

When are meals delivered and how are they packaged?
Meals are delivered every Sunday in chilled, labeled, ready-to-heat packaging. They arrive refrigerated and are safe to reheat and eat throughout the week.

How long will meals stay fresh?
When refrigerated promptly, meals stay fresh for the week. You can freeze items if you’d like a longer shelf life.

Are there add-ons available?
Yes — exclusive add-ons (available only to weekly meal prep clients) include a breakfast item, bread, soup, and or dessert. You can add any number of add-ons. Each week I personally email weekly meal prep clients a private link to purchase these specialty items.

How do I order add-ons and when is the cutoff?
Add-ons must be selected by 10:00 PM on Thursday each week to be included in the next Sunday delivery. Add-ons are included with no extra delivery charge.

Do you deliver to my address?
I offer free delivery within 10 miles of my service area in Irving, Las Colinas & Coppell, Texas.

How many meals come with the plan?
The standard subscription includes 5 meals per person per week.

Can I pause or skip weeks?
You can skip a week anytime, but because the service is billed monthly and ingredients are purchased in advance, your meals for that week will still be cooked. Instead of going to waste, they’re donated to the local food pantry at Irving Bible Church, where they help feed families in our community.

How is payment processed and billed?
Plans are billed monthly via the payment method on file. You pay for the weekly service on that monthly billing schedule.

Are there discounts for multiple people?
Yes! Discounts are automatically applied when you add more people to a household plan. See pricing details on the Get Started form.

What food safety standards do you follow?
I am certified by ANSI as a food protection manager. Feel free to review my about page for more details about my culinary training, career highlights and certifications. Note that meals are prepared under strict food-safety practices, packaged in food-safe containers, and delivered chilled.
