Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email me and I’ll explain it.
1. What you’re buying
You’re buying a consulting engagement called The First Client Blueprint. It includes one 90-minute one-to-one call with me, a written plan delivered to you within 48 hours of that call, and a recording of the call.
That’s consulting. It isn’t employment, it isn’t a partnership, it isn’t a franchise or business opportunity, and it isn’t a guarantee of income. You’re hiring my time and judgment, not buying a business.
2. Payment
The fee is $397, due in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you purchase is the price that applies to your booking.
3. Scheduling, rescheduling, and no-shows
Calls are scheduled to take place within 14 days of purchase.
You get one free reschedule, as long as you give me at least 24 hours' notice. If you don’t show up and didn’t tell me in advance, the call fee is forfeited.
You also need to complete the intake form at least 24 hours before the call. That form is what I use to research your market. If it isn’t in on time, I may have to reschedule you.
4. The satisfaction guarantee
If, before the end of our call, you tell me you don’t have a clearer, more specific plan than what you could have found for free, I’ll refund the full $397.
The request has to be made during the call — not days later. You keep the recording and every material I gave you.
This is a satisfaction guarantee on the call itself. It is not a guarantee of any business or financial outcome.
5. No earnings or results guarantee
Nothing on this site and nothing said on the call guarantees any income, any client, or any business result. What happens next depends on your market, your skill, your effort, and your circumstances.
Any numbers I mention — mine or anyone else’s — are illustrative. They are not typical results and they are not promises.
6. Not professional advice
What I give you is business guidance from someone who has actually run a private chef business. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or food-safety regulatory advice.
You are responsible for confirming licensing, permits, insurance, and health regulations in your own city and state. Check with the right professional or agency before you rely on anything in that category.
7. Intellectual property
The written Blueprint, templates, pricing models, outreach scripts, and call recordings are licensed to you as an individual, for use in your own business.
You may not resell them, republish them, post them publicly, or share them with other people or businesses.
8. Client conduct and my right to refuse
I take a small number of these calls a week, and I’d rather leave a slot empty than fill it badly. I reserve the right to decline a booking, or to end an engagement, at my discretion — including for abusive conduct or a clear mismatch of fit — and to refund fees when I do.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for any claim relating to this engagement is capped at the amount you paid me. I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
10. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
I may update these terms. The version posted here on the day you purchase is the version that applies to you. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
